Return Policy

Layouts by Lenny sells digital products exclusively. Because digital files are made available immediately after purchase, it is not possible to apply a right of withdrawal once the download has been initiated. That said, customer satisfaction is our priority — if something is wrong, we are happy to make it right.

1. Try a free sample first

Not sure if a planner is right for you? We get it. That's why we offer a free sample for every product, so you can try the layout, navigation, and style before you buy.

The sample includes a selection of pages from the full planner and is compatible with the same apps as the complete product. You can download the sample directly from the product page.

2. Digital products and right of withdrawal

Under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been fully delivered, once the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you consent to the immediate delivery of the digital product and that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal. This means we are unable to offer refunds once the download has been made available.

3. When we will help you

Although we do not accept returns, we are happy to assist you in any of the following situations:

  • The file is corrupted or cannot be opened.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The download link is not working or has expired.
  • The product significantly differs from the product description.

In these cases, we will send you a new file or work with you to find a suitable solution. Please reach out via our contact form and include your order number.

4. Refunds at our discretion

In exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Layouts by Lenny, we may decide to issue a partial or full refund. This is not a right but an exception we evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

Any refund issued will be processed via the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

5. Purchased via Etsy

Did you purchase a product through our Etsy shop? In that case, Etsy's return and dispute policies apply. You can open a case through your Etsy account or contact us directly via the Etsy Messages centre.
